What is Kinesiology?

Test, Detect, Balance

In 1964 Dr Goodheart an osteopath, discovered muscle testing, a system that enables the practitioner to clearly communicate with the body and the unconscious mind. Using other newly developed techniques Dr Goodheart put together the holistic system of Systematic Kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology).

In Systematic Kinesiology we use the theory of muscle testing as a means of communication with the body. Through this form of communication we can identify what the root cause of your problem is, whether it is an emotional, structural, or a nutritional issue.

Once the root course is established we then use muscle testing to find what is needed to strengthen and heal you, and get you back into balance. We work with massage, emotional release techniques, energy reflexes to encourage good energy flow, and nutritional recommendations in the form of supplements and dietary advice to strengthen and support you in your journey back to balanced health and wellbeing.

I believe that the answers to our health issues, whether they be physical mental or emotional lye within us. This information can be accessed and given the right tools the body can achieve balance and good health naturally. Taking responsibility for our own health is vital and education around food and lifestyle choices will make us stronger.
